A year-end letter from our CEO, Kevin Austin

We wish all our friends, clients, and colleagues a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2022. We will spread some cheer by telling you some of the exciting new plans from the most dynamic international contract management business we know – even if we do say it ourselves!


Destination Cyprus!

We are very pleased to announce the further strengthening of Access Tax and Accounting Limited, our accounting, tax and business advisory firm, via the opening of our third office, in Cyprus (complementing those already well established in the UK & Ireland).

ATA (CY) Limited will provide international solutions for our Recruitment, Contractor and Digital Nomad friends, together with corporate clients and HNWIs who have ambitions to broaden their business footprint while benefitting from the vast range of business, lifestyle and tax initiatives that can be obtained in a business friendly, highly skilled and multi-national EU jurisdiction.

If you have a desire to do business in the EU, or candidates who wish to contract compliantly via their own limited company (we can assist with the formation of Belgian, Cypriot, Dutch, Irish, Swedish and UK companies), please feel free to contact us.


2022 – Out with the old, in with the new!

We have outgrown our old ERP system, and our IT department is working full-steam with software houses to replace our platform with the most advanced in the market. In addition, we are replacing our CRM with the Zoho platform, so we have a fully automated and integrated selling to finance function running in parallel with the best client portal in our sector. We expect to launch in a very few months, which will enhance our service and efficiency for the benefit of all our users.


A level playing field for international business? Meet PIMCA!

A long-standing ambition has been to help form a professional association of like-minded management companies who want to raise the profile and status of our industry. We have seven founder members working hard to launch. We have an eminent Director-designate, and we are busy lining up advisers and training partners to make sure we provide the gold standard in our sector. Membership will be open to all who will subscribe to our ethical and technical standards. We will release more news about this exciting project in the coming weeks.


Embracing change, enabling growth!

Our growth has led us to create separate business units to enhance our staff`s expertise and service and provide career growth. The initial business units are our Employed Business Unit, our Self-employed Business Unit, our Asian Business Unit and Access Tax and Accounting Limited, our in-house accounting practice.

We plan more business units as we expand each department to the point where it becomes self-sustained and this, in turn, creates more opportunities for our people to grow personally and financially. We find that people prefer working in smaller units where they can see their ideas and suggestions become a reality in front of their very eyes.


New Horizons!

We are creating another Business Unit that will provide EOR/PEO services, and so far, we have readied sixty-one countries over the past few months, and we plan to cover 150 countries when done.

We are also creating a platform for this that will provide the PEO services to clients most conveniently and intuitively using the latest technology.


More space for our employees!

We moved in October to splendid new premises in Limassol between Germosogeia and Agios Athanasios, if you know Limassol. We have created meeting rooms and training rooms to give our teams the space to work even better.

Our office roster is London, UK; Limassol, Cyprus; Shanghai, China; Frankfurt, Germany; Luxembourg City, Luxembourg; New Delhi, India; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Nyon, Switzerland (Headquarters).

Our staff now exceeds 100 souls.
