A contractor wrote to us and asked for a solution to work in Sweden. We asked him if he regularly wrote to his doctor for a diagnosis. He wondered what on earth we were talking about. We explained that we need to understand all about him as a potential client, his circumstances and needs and then, based on our knowledge of the law, we could propose a solution to fit his requirements. He replied that he had spoken to Brand X and they offered him their only without such a fact find. He readily saw that we place his interests ahead of ours, and he became a client.
